Mark Wayman - Sapphire Curtains General Manager
Mark joined the Don-Bur team in 2001. Having previously worked at Boalloy, Mark initially took on the role of High Frequency Trailer Curtain Welder at Sapphire Curtains, before becoming the Production Manager shortly after. Mark was appointed Manufacturing Manager at Sapphire Curtains in 2016 and then earned the position of Sapphire Curtains General Manager in 2017 in recognition of his efforts. Mark now manages all aspects of the Sapphire Curtains Division, including curtain manufacture and load restraint development. He strives to give his clients the best solution for their operation and is committed to achieving the highest standards.
Lee White - Sapphire Graphics General Manager
With a BA(Hons) in Visual Communication, Lee joined the Sapphire Group in 2017 as Sapphire Graphics General Manager. Specialising in typography & branding, Lee has an extensive background in graphical design, having previously worked in the industry as a Graphics Manager at another bodybuilder and a Managing Director at a Graphics Design company. Lee oversees the entire Sapphire Graphics Division, from the day-to-day running including admin, quoting & development, to support in graphical design and presentation.
Steve Bridgwood - Sales Development Manager
Steve joined the Sapphire Group in 1989, initially as a High Frequency Welder at Sapphire Curtains. Since then, Steve has held various managerial positions at Sapphire Curtains, with his most recent being Curtains Manager. Steve took on the role of Sales Development Manager in 2016, where he now represents the Sales function at the Sapphire Group and is responsible for ensuring all clients receive the best solutions for their operation.
